Spider-Man Serves As Your Guide To The Entire Marvel Universe!
Welcome to what very well may be the peak era of MARVEL TEAM-UP, where the Amazing Spider-Man joins forces with the greatest heroes — and mon-sters — of the Marvel Universe! Spidey battles alongside Iron Fist, joins the Scarlet Witch and Vision in time-twisting adventures, faces Man-Wolf and Frankenstein’s Monster and confronts the Punisher and Man-Thing in GIANT-SIZE action. Writer Bill Mantlo crafts imaginative adventures in what would be the beginning of a decade-long tenure scribing Spidey’s exploits. Sal Buscema, another longtime Spidey legend, provides dynamic visuals that ground the story no matter how wild the setting. This volume crescendos as Chris Claremont and John Byrne take over TEAM-UP — just months before they joined together on X-MEN. Plus: a trove of bonus material, from calendars to rare stories to each issue’s original letters page.
